| PC's |
| 1. Press the "Start"
button on the task bar. |
| 2. Go to "Settings" |
| 3. Go to "Control Panels" |
| 4. Open the "Display"
control panel. |
| 5. click on the "Settings"
tab. |
| 6. Use the "Screen Area"
slide bar to choose the proper resolution. |
| 7. Click "Apply" |
8. Windows will prompt you, read
this message and click on the response you desire. This
message usually states that the resolution is about to
change, and if after the change you don't click
"YES" your monitor will revert back to the
previous settings in 15 seconds.
Note: In Windows 95 or on some older
computers you may be told you have to restart before the
new settings will take effect. You should decide if you
want to restart then or later. Also older graphics cards
with less memory may not display some resolutions at the
same color settings, your monitor may be reduced to
thousands or even 256 colors. |
| 9. The resolution will then change
and Windows will prompt you again asking if this is
correct, if so click "YES" if not click
"NO". Your monitors geometry may be slightly
altered to the left, right, up or down, to fix this
problem refer to your monitors instruction book. |

| MAC's |
| 1. Go to the "Apple" in
the upper left hand corner of the screen. Pull the menu down to
"Control Panels" then to "Monitors" or
"Monitor and Sound". |
| 2. In the "Resolutions"
box, select the desire resolution. The screen will resize
immediately. Your monitors geometry may be slightly
altered to the left, right, up or down, to fix this
problem refer to your monitors instruction book. |
